All babies leave our home starting at 8 weeks, and will come with the following;
- The start of Core Vaccines
- Deworming
- Microchip
- Starter bag of food
- Copy of all Health Records
- Registration if Applicable
All of our babies are pet registered, unless otherwise stated. A lot goes in to determining whether a puppy will grow to be a suitable breeder. This isn’t a hobby, this is a passion.
At the time your puppies leave our home they leave with LIMITED rights, UNLESS breeding rights & fees were discussed & paid prior to reserving.
To ensure nobody tries to weasel around the bush all new homes must sign a Pet-home contract BEFORE their puppy goes home.
We live in a day and age where less that quality is being bred, and I refuse to add to that problem. At our home we have worked hard to have what we have and it took years of work and dedication to be able to provide and share the best with the families that get puppies from us.
I have a closed home. Meaning for the safety of my babies and my family - I do not allow visitors. I do however, offer videos and lots of photos. Video calling is welcomed and we'd be happy to live-chat with you!
There are a variety of things that could go wrong. Our home is a safe haven for all of kiddos &animals. We simply will not allow anybody to enter our home due to sickness/illness that could be brought on your person during your visit. Our health is very important to us, and that is a priority.
I've been breeding for over a decade, and I've seen/heard/experienced it all.

PAYMENTS-
If you live close enough, feel free to come meet your new puppy to place a deposit on them (After 1st vaccinations have been administered for the safety of all of our pups.)
Dues are to be paid in full via CASH when your puppy goes home with you. If you do not live close enough to visit your puppy in person contact us for more information regarding sending payments.
REFUNDS-
Deposits are non-refundable unless; something happens to your puppy in our care or our veterinarian deems the puppy unfit to be rehomed. In a perfect world we could only wish that each and every puppy was healthy.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances relating to your personal life or if you back out of a puppy, your deposit will be held for 1 year to be put towards another puppy of your choice.
Reserving puppies
Available Puppies are on a first-come-first-serve basis. I will not hold a puppy without a deposit.
WAITLIST
ALL prospective clients are required to sign a Deposit/Health Guarantee contract PRIOR to placing a deposit!
WAIT-LIST MEMBERS ARE FIRST IN LINE TO CHOOSE FROM AVAILABLE LITTERS.
How do I make a reservation?
Wait-list members choose from available puppies in the order they were put on the list. You do have the option to pass if you are not interested in anything from the current litter. If you choose to pass you move up on the wait-list.
Things to know-
- I reserve the right to refuse the sale of one of our babies if I feel it is fit. It is my responsibility to assure they are placed in suitable homes.
- All owners are required to sign a contract prior to placing a deposit.
